These terms apply to https://manovistaar.com. They are website conditions, not a substitute for informed consent in therapy and not legal advice.
Who we are
Manovistaar is an online-only psychology practice based in Delhi. Care is provided by Neha Malik, Clinical Psychologist (MA Psychology). There is no walk-in clinic.
Not an emergency service
This website, WhatsApp, email, and booked video sessions are not crisis, ambulance, or emergency care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or thinking about suicide or self-harm, contact local emergency services or Tele-MANAS on 14416 / 1-800-891-4416 right away.
Website content
Articles and service pages are educational. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or guarantee of outcome. Booking a session does not create an ongoing duty of care until the psychologist accepts you into care and you complete informed consent in session.
Bookings and payment
Appointment requests collect contact details and a brief note so we can schedule care. Online payment, when enabled, is processed by Razorpay. Fees, cancellation, and refunds are described on the fees and cancellation page. A slot is reserved only after booking is confirmed.
Children and adolescents
Bookings for a child or adolescent must be made by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian is responsible for consenting to care and for the child attending the session from a suitable private space.
Reviews
Reviews submitted as public are checked before they appear. Do not include another person’s name, clinical details, or anything you would not want published. We may decline or remove a review.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false booking or payment information. We may refuse or cancel a booking if the request appears unsafe, fraudulent, or outside the scope of this practice.
Intellectual property
The Manovistaar name, logo, and original website content belong to the practice. You may not copy them for another business. Practitioner photographs are for this website only.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
