Information we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the concern you select, the message you choose to share, and your agreement to these website terms. If the booking is for a child or adolescent, we also record that a parent or legal guardian confirmed the request. Reviews may include a display name, email, rating, and comments. Email addresses on reviews are not published.

If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics for basic usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you reached the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you as a patient. You can decline analytics in the cookie notice.

How we use information

Appointment details are used only to respond to your request, schedule care, follow up about consultation, and process payment when you pay online. The practitioner can also view those details, and pending reviews, in a private admin area of this website. Reviews are used to notify the practice and, if you asked for a public review and we approve it, to display a short quote on the website. Analytics data is used only to understand how people find and use the website. We may also store hashed network identifiers for a short time to limit spam and booking abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information may be processed by email, hosting, database, analytics, and payment providers (including Zoho Mail, Vercel, Neon, Google Analytics if you accept cookies, and Razorpay when you pay online) that help us run this website. Appointment and review records are stored in a database hosted by Neon. Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India under their own terms. We may share information if required by law, or with your consent. WhatsApp messages you send are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. WhatsApp is for booking help, not for emergencies or detailed clinical notes.

Children’s information

We do not knowingly take a child or adolescent into care through this website unless a parent or legal guardian makes the booking and confirms consent. Please do not submit another child’s private details in a public review.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and booking details as long as needed to provide care, keep appointment records, and meet tax or legal duties, then delete or archive them. We use reasonable safeguards, including transport encryption on this website, but no website can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical details in the public form if you prefer to share them during a private session.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete an enquiry, or to withdraw a pending review, by emailing hello@manovistaar.com or calling +91 78270 41007. You can decline analytics cookies in the site notice, or later in your browser settings.
