Breaking the Stigma Around Therapy
Many people delay care because they worry about being judged. Mental health support is healthcare. Needing it does not make you weak, dramatic, or “too much.”
Stigma often sounds like “I should handle this alone,” “therapy is only for serious problems,” or “people will think less of me.” Those ideas keep pain private and recovery slower. Talking with a trained psychologist is a skilled conversation about patterns, emotions, and practical next steps.
At Manovistaar, enquiries and sessions are treated as confidential. You can begin with a 45 minutes consultation, ask questions, and decide the pace. Family involvement is optional and discussed with you first.
If someone you love is struggling, offering to help them book — without pressure — can matter more than advice. If you are the one hesitating, consider this page your invitation: you are allowed to want relief.
